3. Wording for leaving a percentage of the total estate

I give and bequeath __________ per cent of my estate to PTSD Dogs Australia – (ABN 96 624 595 959) PO Box 844, Cooroy, QLD, 4563, for its general purposes and I declare that the receipt of the secretary, treasurer or other proper officer of the nominated beneficiary will be a full discharge for my trustee who will not be bound to see its application.
